    Get Fit & Have Fun

Whether that’s a gym session, playing sport, going for a walk, or just being outdoors. It’s about keeping healthy, building confidence, and having fun at the same time.

  • “We’ve had other support workers in the past and it always felt very clock on, clock off. With Dan and the 3Brothers Support staff it’s completely different, they go above and beyond. They don’t just provide a service; they feel like part of the family. They’re always helpful, genuinely caring, and willing to do the little extras that make such a big difference. It’s clear they actually care about the people they support.”

  • “Since working with 3Brothers Support, I’ve felt more confident to get out in the community and do things I enjoy.”

  • “Having someone I can trust, who listens and helps me believe in myself again — that’s what being supported by 3Brothers feels like.”

  • “Dan has been awesome working with my son. He’s helped get him out of the house, introduced him to the gym, and really encouraged him to live a healthier lifestyle. With Dan’s support, my son has lost 10 kilos, started eating better, and now has a solid workout routine. We’re so grateful for the positive influence Dan has had on his life.”
