Hi, I’m Dan the Director of 3Brothers. Being the eldest of three brothers I learn’t early the value of male connection and friendship. That’s what 3Brothers is about, it’s more than just a support service. It’s a network built on mateship, care and understanding.

I've been in the disability support industry for fast approaching ten years now and was previously a founding partner of an interstate disability support organisation. While I’m proud of the work we did, I began to notice a clear gap in service provider offerings that are tailored specifically for males. That’s what inspired me to step out and start 3Brothers - a place where males living with a disability can feel understood, supported, and connected through genuine camaraderie and a sense of belonging.

Our mission is to create a community where males can thrive, build friendships, and feel supported by fellow males who genuinely understand the importance of male connection and mateship. We’re here to provide more than just support, we’re here to build meaningful relationships that empower, encourage, and inspire. We believe everyone deserves to feel like they are part of something, a circle of support that helps build confidence, independence, and purpose. Having the right people around you, every challenge becomes more manageable.

We specialise in supporting males living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1–3), Acquired Brain Injuries, Epilepsy and Psychosocial Disabilities on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
